Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, used or damaged items cannot be returned.

  • Extra 50 LE will be added on the shipping fees in case of return or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via Instapay.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are sent back to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color only, subject to availability.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees.
